Cirrus GIIIx is engineered to be "beyond the leading edge." This double layer heat shield material is based on 0.15mm aluminium foil coated sheet steel with a synthetic fibre insert, and thus gives a highly efficient high-temperature thermal barrier for many applications in industry. This unique construction provides the designer with exceptional rigidity at a low area density, enhanced sound attenuation, and the ability to accomodate complex forming applications.
